PAUL SKIDMORE: THEOLOGY SEARCHES OF THE CORE WITHIN TRUTH.

Kelvin quoted:
1Pet. 5:8  Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the ROARING, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
However, in the same passage, the devil gains control when the only elders are not in control. I have added just a few passages proving that any kind of imposed "music" is called Sorcery, an Abomination and mark of the reprobate. I will organize this further.

ABSOLUTE 1 Peter 5 account: Where an assembly, to be Christian, is led by Male Elders and Deacons THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN.  The Serpent is a musical enchanter ending with the Babylonia Mother of Harlot.  This happened around day six when howling musicians gradually (creeping) elbowed their way as the CENTER OF ATTENTION.

MUSICIANS, HARPERS, PIPERS AND TRUMPERS ARE DECEPTIVE SORCERERS

THIS INCLUDES CRAFTSMEN INCLUDING THEATER BUILDINGS AND STAGE MANAGERS

Rev. 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
Rev. 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea,
        saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down,
        and shall be found no more at all.
Rev. 18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters,
        shall be heard no more at all in thee; a
        nd no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be,
        shall be found any more in thee;
        and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
Rev. 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee:
        for thy merchants were the great men of the earth;
        for by thy SORCERERS were all nations deceived.

Rev. 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and
SORCERERS [pharmakeus-pharmakos], and idolaters, and all liars,
        shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:
        which is the second death.

"Applied to Persian priests or astrologers of Babylon. Pharmakos (g5333) an adjective signifying "devoted to magical arts," is used as a noun, "a sorcerer," especially one who uses drugs, potions, spells, enchantments, Rev 21:8, in the best texts (some have pharmakeus) and 22:15" Vine

"Sometimes religion produces suggestive rituals shared by a community to create an atmosphere useful for uplifting one's thoughts and coming to one's senses. There are those who cannot do without such forms of worship. Where, however, the form takes the place of meditation, or conditions it; where human words prevail over the Spirit.. then we are no longer in the presence of true religion. "The one who uses colours and sounds and forms and movements and other gifts of God under the illusion of creating a stairway to heaven out of his own resources can, even involuntarily and in good faith, be raising an invisible barrier between humanity and God himself.       C. but at first only occasionally,
      D. and now about every other week--

F.       THEN we have the traditional congregational singing
                ed by a song leader for the rest of the service.

      G. At first we had them stand in the back, which didn't cause much of a stir,
      H. but when we moved them up front in front of the whole congregation,
            many
people had serious problems with this, and a few left because of it.

"Now if this was the case in Job's day, much more must it have been the case at the earlier period when the Mysteries were instituted. It was a matter, therefore, of necessity, if idolatry were to be brought in, and especially such foul idolatry as the Babylonian system contained in its bosom,
    that it should be done STEALTHILY and in secret. *
    Even though introduced by the hand of power, it might have produced a revulsion,
    and violent attempts might have been made by the uncorrupted portion of mankind to put it down;
and at all events, if it had appeared at once in all its hideousness,
    it would have alarmed the consciences of men,
    and defeated the very object in view.

UNLAWFUL, UNSCRIPTURAL WOMEN PRESIDING BASED ON A LIE

There is no one in Scripture who gathered to sing.
Ephesians 5, when understood, outlawed audible singing.
If you teach and admonish with Scripture,  no '"sober" person would replace that with singing their own words.
There was no congregational singinging until about 1500: this sowed discorc
The same source agrees that Ephesians 5 forbids audible singing..
David young REVERSED Scripture and demoted the elders.
The "vision" paper denounced all church practices as tradition, sectarian or legalistic.
Women say that Paul was a liar and the singers suck up much of the time and energy.

"Secondly, since SINGING in Latin grew up without divine instruction and apostolic example and custom, without producing good or edifying, it will still [93] less edify in German and will create a faith consisting in mere outward seeming.

Thirdly, Paul even clearly FORBIDS SINGING in Eph. 5, and Col. 3, since he says and teaches

FUNGUS GROWTH upon the church, the body of Christians, DWARFING its growth, PREVENTING its development of its members; and until the church GETS RID of him it will NEVER prosper as it should. In the Bible we can find all the necessities.

"I can testify from my own observation that a good eldership will lose its efficiency, and its members become both UNABLE and UNWILLING to do the work of elders, in a very few years after the employment of a pastor. And if under the pastor system a good eldership has ever developed, I have never seen or heard of the case. I don't believe that has or ever will be done." --  Gospel Advocate, May 20, 1885

Philodemus considered it paradoxical that music should be regarded as veneration of the gods while musicians were paid for performing this so-called veneration.
     Again, Philodemus held as self deceptive the view that music mediated religious He saw the entire condition induced by the noise of cymbals and tambourines as a disturbance of the spirit. He found it significant that, on the whole, only women and effeminate men fell into this folly.

Accordingly, nothing of value could be attributed to music; it was no more than a slave of the sensation of pleasure, which satisfied much in the same way that food and drink did.

WHAT YOU ARE TAUGHT IF YOU ENTER THE "DISCIPLING  PROGRAM"

[1] Disciple-makers uphold the God as presented in the Bible and revealed through Jesus Christ in the Gospels.
[2] Jesus is the Savior and rightful King of humanity. Disciples are careful to uphold Jesus as Lord in all of His grace and truth.
[3] The Holy Spirit fuels the disciple-making process, pointing to Jesus and leading His followers into all truth. The Holy Spirit reveals the reality of Jesus’ presence. The Spirit gives disciples access to the same eternal quality of life that Jesus lived

PAUL SKIDMORE: THEOLOGY SEARCHES FOR THE CORE WITHIN TRUTH.

Paul Skidmore "theology" searches for the "core" within the Truth.:
If you want them to know the truth, tell the TRUTH!
If you want them to love the truth, tell them a story.
2Th. 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish;

Paul Skidmore gives his perspective on how to spread the SEED of scripture in a way that others will listen
Telling the whole story is like a BOWL of soup:
He tells his own story and plants the seed which produces the bowl of soup.
