Ten Thousand Saints - Jubal / Genun and Instrumental Music

Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints To Judge Musical Subverters? We all love music but "church" is not a worship center but a synagogue or school. It seems self-evident that when the "school" is replaced with a musical performance we do not intend to do much "schooling."

Jesus warned that He spoke in parables "from the foundation of the world" to hide the truth from those who have no love for truth. Peter warned that Paul's writings can be perverted and actually become destructive to those who don't have the "keys." Jude sends a clear message about God judging people who have no respect for the revealed Word of God. His point is that God doesn't need to speak over and over for every generation. By pointing to Enoch Jude further informs those who are interested, that only humans have the power to refuse to obey the commands of their Creator -- and then only with supernatural help from the demons.

The poetic material of the Bible and all writers whom you decided to HONOR was recited very carefully. It is claimed that the LESBOS singers sang and played instruments to the works of Homer. All such "threskia" forms of worship was by a UNIVERSALLY-PERVERTED priesthood worshipping homosexual gods and goddesses.

When one went from SAYING or as Paul commanded, SPEAKING, the MARK was of homosexuality and the RESULT was growing homosexuality among the 'worshipers.'

The Book of Enoch is quoted by Jude and the story is repeated several times. Only by reading Enoch do we grasp what is being quoted. Someone has estimated that the book of Enoch is quoted at least 128 times in the New Testament.

Amazingly, Enoch connects the coming of ten thousand angels to judge, and his example is of the fallen angels who taught mankind how to use music and other sense-appeal devices to totally shut down the rational part of our God-created brain. The goal was to get the worship owed to God directed to some of his human "agents." Jude calls them wandering stars or planets, empty clouds without any water just blowing around.

While "closed eyes" pick bits and pieces of out-of-context Biblical text to deceive people into attempting to worship a Spirit God with what Paul called "carnal weapons" or "lifeless instruments," the history of the world -- including the Bible -- knows better:

"In pagan traditions, musical instruments are invented by gods or demi-gods, such as titans. In the Bible, credit is assigned to antediluvian patriarchs, for example, the descendants of Cain in Genesis 4:21. There is no other biblical tradition about the invention of musical instruments." (Freedman, David Noel, Bible Review, Summer 1985, p. 51). (Proof Here).

First, Jude begins with the Biblical Stand On Authority:

Jude 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Jude is commentary on The Book of Enoch. Enoch and three other similar documents I have collected proves absolutely that Satan caused all of the FALLS recorded in the Old Testament: not for our dogmatizing and commercializing but for TRAINING. They are mostly spoken in Parables to make fools of those who adulterate the word meaning to HAWK IT ABOUT with no concern for the truth.

The UNIVERSAL comparison is the Rest of God's nature which OBEYS LAWS and humans who can be SEDUCED by the Satan, Lucifer, Zoe (Eve) figure. The WEAPONS of this carnal warfare are mixed sex choirs, players of instruments, wine (real or virtual ala New Wineskins), and seductive dress and ornamentation.

There is NO OTHER TRADITION known to mankind but that music in religionism was INDUCED into the YOUTH as a way to SEDUCE people in a religious sense where the word THRESKIA meant impure or sexual worship.

Jude is a commentary on the Book of Enoch.

In the book of Enoch which was held to be inspired by the early church, Enoch visits the heavens and is told things which should have been taught to his children. A primary message is that everything God created in the universe obeys His laws without murmuring or complaint.

Man, however, has been invaded by Satan himself as in the case of Judas and the temptation to be God-like is their supernatural sign of indwelling. Paul will call it madness.

The story of Jubal (or Genun) is the world's oldest evidence to ascribe music as worship to Satan who used youth or the immature as his agents: women and children rule over them.

Enoch tells part of this musical story after warning about the ten-thousand judges.

The stars are Enoch's example of faithful obedience. However, the wandering stars or planets are the visible signs which upset the picture to the human eye. The planets traversed the heavenly spheres of the superstitious who, in Babylonia, believed that they were set into "musical spheres." The priests as "the world's oldest profession" could use music to ascend and descend the Tower of Babel to make literal contact with the gods or angels. They sold this contact at a high price:

"All early civilizations saw their ideal music as an image (idol) of cosmic order and its practice in temple ritual and court ceremonial as a means of helping to maintain or reflect universal harmony.

From such a philosophy stem the age-old concepts of the efficacy of numerical proportions in musical sound; the ethos (magical effect) of particular modes; the music of the spheres; and the musical foundation of the state. Such ideas steadfastly maintained throughout the ages, made for very conservative traditions of music whose fundamental patterns changed little over long periods of time." (Britannica, 1965, Music, p. 1091)

Fittingly, the "Judas Bag" was for carrying the mouthpieces of wind instruments. This word is made up of "speaking in tongues" and "of the Cosmos." Judas as the agent of Satan would not, according to Psalm 41, "triumph over" Jesus. Triumph over means to "blow the trumpets and make a rejoicing noise."

"Speculation on number and proportion led to an intuitive feeling of the harmonia ("fitting together") of the kosmos ("the beautiful order of things"); and the application of the tetraktys to the theory of music revealed a hidden order in the range of sound. Pythagoras may have referred, vaguely, to the "music of the heavens," which he alone seemed able to hear; and later Pythagoreans seem to have assumed that the distances of the heavenly bodies from the Earth somehow correspond to musical intervals--a theory that, under the influence of Platonic conceptions, resulted in the famous idea of the "harmony of the spheres." Britannica Online

"By laying stress on certain inner experiences and intuitive truths revealed only to the initiated,

Pythagoreanism seems to have represented a soul-directed subjectivism alien to the mainstream of Pre-Socratic Greek thought centring on the Ionian coast of Asia Minor (Thales, Anaximander, Anaxagoras, and others), which was preoccupied with determining what the basic cosmic substance is.

"In contrast with such Ionian naturalism, Pythagoreanism was akin to trends seen in mystery religions and emotional movements, such as Orphism,

which often claimed to achieve through intoxication a spiritual insight into the divine origin and nature of the soul.

Yet there are also aspects of it that appear to have owed much to the more sober, "Homeric" philosophy of the Ionians. The Pythagoreans, for example, displayed an interest in metaphysics (the nature of Being), as did their naturalistic predecessors, though they claimed to find its key in mathematical form rather than in any substance. Britannica Online

"In the Timaeus, which is an exposition of his theory of the universe, Plato also developed his theory of the soul. The earth is surrounded by the spheres of the seven planets; the eighth sphere is that of the fixed stars. Beyond the eighth sphere is the realm of the divine. The sphere of the fixed stars, moved by the divine, continuously turns to the right at an even speed. This clockwise rotation affects the spheres of the planets, although they have their proper movement, which runs to the left, or counterclockwise.

The sphere of mortality begins with the planets. The original home of each soul is in one of the fixed stars.

As a result of the movement of the spheres, the soul falls through the planetary spheres to earth, where it is united with the body.

The soul must then try to liberate itself from the body and ascend to the fixed star from which it fell. In later generations this picture was vividly worked out.

The soul, in the course of its fall through the planetary spheres, was thought to acquire the qualities of the planets: sloth from Saturn, combativeness from Mars, lust for power from Jupiter, voluptuousness from Venus, greed from Mercury.

After death, when the soul returned to the fixed star, it discarded these qualities, just as the mystes, in certain initiations, discarded his everyday garment before entering the sacred place. (See cosmology, "Timaeus".)

"Many other traditional religious images were taken over by Plato, including the music of the spheres, the migration of the soul, the soul's remembrance of its celestial origin, and the idea of rewards for the righteous and punishment for the wicked. Later mystery associations adopted these concepts, which Plato had expressed so beautifully, and were deeply influenced by Plato's explanations. Britannica Online

Therefore, Jude is one of God's final warnings to show how to identify the agents who have no higher goal than to elevate themselves in order to get the glory which belongs to God alone. Revelation 18 will further identify the end-time Babylonian religion as a mixture of commerce and religion with music being the primary "carnal weapon" against God's people.

Enoch's warning that God will come with ten-thousand angels is directly and clearly based on the original "sinners" who taught children musical arts to be used to deceive the holy Sethites and draw them down into the valley of Cain.

Jude says that they are:

13 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

16 These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having mens persons in admiration because of advantage.

Enoch describes a band of men who pretend godliness but they are agents of Satan with the goal of changing the laws and worship practices of the few holy people left on the earth. They bound themselves with an oath to "change the old, decadent order" defined by God. In the process, they separated themselves which means to "found a new, musical party." The unfaithful stars is a strong theme in Enoch.

Paul to the Thessalonians also speaks of the deluders:

And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 2 Thess. 2:8

Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 2 Thess. 2:9

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 2 Thess. 2:10

And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion (tramps, erratic teachers, roving stars), that they should believe a lie: 2 Thess. 2:11

Delusions always come with deluders. These are the wandering stars or "planets" which refuse to keep to their order:

Plane (g4106) plan'-ay; fem. of 4108 (as abstr.); obj. fraudulence; subj. a straying from orthodoxy or piety: - deceit, to deceive, delusion, error.

Planos (g4108) plan'-os; of uncert. affin.; roving (as a tramp), i.e. (by impl.) an impostor or misleader: - deceiver, seducing.

The roving tramps always have the same goal: to get people to reject the Word of truth:

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thess. 2:12

Enoch 7:1 It happened after the sons of men had multiplied in those days, that daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful.

Enoch 7: 2 And when the angels, (3) the sons of heaven, beheld them, they became enamoured of them, saying to each other, Come, let us select for ourselves wives from the progeny of men, and let us beget children.

(3) An Aramaic text reads "Watchers" here (J.T. Milik, Aramaic Fragments of Qumran Cave 4 [Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1976], p. 167).

Enoch 7: 3 Then their leader Samyaza said to them; I fear that you may perhaps be indisposed to the performance of this enterprise;

Enoch 7: 4 And that I alone shall suffer for so grievous a crime.

Enoch 7: 5 But they answered him and said; We all swear;

Enoch 7: 6 And bind ourselves by mutual execrations,

that we will not change our intention, but execute our projected undertaking.

Enoch 7: 7 Then they swore all together, and all bound themselves by mutual execrations. Their whole number was two hundred, who descended upon Ardis, (4) which is the top of mount Armon. (Hermon)

(4) Upon Ardis. Or, "in the days of Jared" (R.H. Charles, ed. and trans., The Book of Enoch [Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1893], p. 63).

See Second Adam and Eve to see some history of this event confirmed by Enoch and Jude.
Enoch 7: 8 That mountain therefore was called Armon, because they had sworn upon it, (5) and bound themselves by mutual execrations.

(5) Mt. Armon, or Mt. Hermon, derives its name from the Hebrew word herem, a curse (Charles, p. 63).

Charam (h2763) khaw-ram'; a prim. root; to seclude; spec. (by a ban) to devote to religious uses (espec. destruction); phys. and reflex. to be blunt as to the nose: - make accursed, consecrate, (utterly) destroy, devote, forfeit, have a flat nose, utterly (slay, make away).

There are about 120 pagan temples on Hermon including the "gates of hell" to the temple of PAN.  Jesus ascended from the High Mountain.

Enoch 7: 10 Then they took wives, each choosing for himself; whom they began to approach, and with whom they cohabited; teaching them sorcery, incantations, and the dividing of roots and trees.

In Revelation 17 the Babylon mother of harlots in Revelation 18 uses "lusted after fruits" as speakers, singers andinstrument players John calls sorcery.

THE ASSERTION OF THE BIBLE IS THAT IT IS WHAT GOD WANTS TO BE TAUGHT OFTEN IN GREAT EPICS: TO ENHANCE THAT WORD WITH SONGS AND SERMONS SOUNDS SO HUMAN. Yet, as Peter makes clear in 2 Peter 1, he left a memory of eye and ear witness teachings of Jesus Who made the prophets more certain. The teaching of the Prophets and Apostles might not satisfy the rhetorician, singer or instrument player Jesus marked as hypocrites, it is both a MARK of a false teaching and the RESOURCE for hearing the words of God without further enhancement.

THE INFINITY OF THE UNIVERSE      Lucr. 1.921
Refuting Anaxagoras unreasonable thoughts.

Now learn of what remains! More keenly hear!
And for myself, my mind is not deceived
How dark it is: But the large hope of praise
Hath strook with pointed thyrsus through my heart;

On the same hour hath strook into my breast
Sweet love of the Muses, wherewith now instinct,
I wander afield, thriving in sturdy thought,
Through unpathed haunts of the Pierides,

Trodden by step of none before. I joy
To come on undefiled fountains there,
To drain them deep; I joy to pluck new flowers,
To seek for this my head a signal crown

From regions where the Muses never yet
Have garlanded the temples of a man:
First, since I teach concerning mighty things,
And go right on to loose from round the mind
The tightened coils of dread religion;

Next, since, concerning themes so dark, I frame
Songs so pellucid, touching all throughout
Even with the Muses' charm- which, as 'twould seem,
Is not without a reasonable ground:

But as physicians, when they seek to give
Young boys the nauseous wormwood, first do touch
The brim around the cup with the sweet juice
And yellow of the honey, in order that

The thoughtless age of boyhood be cajoled
As far as the lips, and meanwhile swallow down
The wormwood's bitter draught, and, though befooled,
Be yet not merely duped, but rather thus
Grow strong again with recreated health:

So now I too (since this my doctrine seems
In general somewhat woeful unto those
Who've had it not in hand, and since the crowd
Starts
back from it in horror) have desired
To expound our doctrine unto thee in song

Soft-speaking and Pierian, and, as 'twere,
To touch it with sweet honey of the Muse-
If by such method haply I might hold
The mind of thee upon these lines of ours,
Till thou see through the nature of all things,
And how exists the interwoven frame.
Lucr. 4.11 PROEM  De Rerum Natura similar

Quint. Inst. 3 1.3 In other portions of this work I have attempted to introduce a certain amount of ornateness, not, I may say, to advertise my style (if I had wished to do that, I could have chosen a more fertile theme),

but in order that I might thus do something to lure our young men to make themselves acquainted with those principles which I regarded as necessary to the study of rhetoric: for I hoped that by giving them something which was not unpleasant to read I might induce a greater readiness to learn those rules which I feared [p. 373] might, by the dryness and aridity which must necessarily characterise their exposition, revolt their minds and offend their ears which are nowadays grown somewhat over-sensitive.

Quint. Inst. 3 1.4 Lucretilus has the same object in mind when he states that he has set forth his philosophical system in verse; for you will remember the well known simile which he uses
And as physicians when they seek to give
A draught of bitter wormwood to a child,
First smear along the edge that rims the cup
The liquid sweets of honey, golden-hued,
and the rest.

Quint. Inst. 3 1.5

But I fear that this book will have too little honey and too much wormwood, and that though the student may find it a healthy draught, it will be far from agreeable.

I am also haunted by the further fear that it will be all the less attractive from the fact that most of the precepts which it contains are not original, but derived from others, and because it is likely to rouse the opposition of certain persons who do not share my views.

For there are a large number of writers, who though they are all moving toward the same goal, have constructed different roads to it and each drawn their followers into their own

Enoch 7: 11 And the women conceiving brought forth giants, (7)

(7) The Greek texts vary considerably from the Ethiopic text here. One Greek manuscript adds to this section, "And they [the women] bore to them [the Watchers] three races: first, the great giants. The giants brought forth [some say "slew"] the Naphelim, and the Naphelim brought forth [or "slew"] the Elioud. And they existed, increasing in power according to their greatness." See the account in the Book of Jubilees.

Enoch 7: 12 Whose stature was each three hundred cubits. These devoured all which the labor of men produced; until it became impossible to feed them;

This may be figurative of the clergy in the time of Jesus:

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites for ye devour widows houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. Matthew 23:14

Enoch 7: 13 When they turned themselves against men, in order to devour them;

Enoch 7: 14 And began to injure birds, beasts, reptiles, and fishes, to eat their flesh one after another, (8) and to drink their blood.

(8) Their flesh one after another. Or, "one another's flesh." R.H. Charles notes that this phrase may refer to the destruction of one class of giants by another (Charles, p. 65).

This may be the "polemic" battle noted in Revelation 20. Or the divisive organizations put together by men to devour the resources of the "fellowship" but who secretly try to decide who is the king of the mountain.

Enoch 7: 15 Then the earth reproved the unrighteous.

Enoch 8:1 Moreover Azazyel taught men to make swords, knives, shields, breastplates, the fabrication of mirrors, and the workmanship of bracelets and ornaments, the use of paint, the beautifying of the eyebrows, the use of stones of every valuable and select kind, and all sorts of dyes, so that the world became altered.

Azazel is the name of the Scapegoat: after Nadab and Abihu went into the Holy Places to burn incense, the Day of Atonement was imposed and virtual sacrifice to the Devil in the form of the Scapegoat. After all, God had already turned them over to worship the starry host.

Of the King of Tyre as the agent of Satan, Ezekiel spoke of his breastplate. It was about like the one for a normal priest but the tabrets and pipes were substituted:

Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Ezekiel 28:13

Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Ezekiel 28:14

Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. Ezekiel 28:15

By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Ezekiel 28:16

Chalal (h2490) khaw-lal'; a prim. root [comp. 2470]; prop. to bore, i. e. (by impl.) to wound, to dissolve; fig. to profane (a person, place or thing), to break (one's word), to begin (as if by an "opening wedge"); denom. (from 2485) to play (the flute): - begin (* men began), defile, * break, defile, * eat (as common things), * first, * gather the grape thereof, * take inheritance, pipe, player on instruments, pollute, (cast as) profane (self), prostitute, slay (slain), sorrow, stain, wound.

Commentary on Catullius, Poem 63

The self-mutilation and subsequent lament of Attis, a priest of Cybele. The centre of the worship of the Phrygian Kubelē or Kubēbē, was in very ancient times the town of Pessinus in Galatian Phrygia, at the foot of Mt. Dindymus, from which the goddess received the name Dindymene. Cybele had early become identified with the Cretan divinity Rhea, the Mother of the Gods, and to some extent with Demeter, the search of Cyhele for Attis being compared with that of Demeter for Persephone. The especial worship of Cybele was conducted by emasculated priests called Galli (or, as in vv. 12 and 34, with reference to their physical condition, Gallae). Their name was derived by the ancients from that of the river Gallus, a tributary of the Sangarius, by drinking from which men became inspired with frenzy (cf. Ov. Fast. 4.361ff.

The worship was orgiastic in the extreme, and was accompanied by the sound of such frenzy-producing instruments as the tympana, cymbala, tibiae, and cornu, and culminated in scourging, self-mutilation, syncope from excitement (fainting from losss of blood to the head). and even death from hemorrhage or heart-failure. The worship of the Magna Mater, or Mater Idaea, as she was often called (perhaps from identification with Rhea of the Cretan Mt. Ida rather than from the Trojan Mt. Ida),

was introduced into Rome in 205 B.C. in accordance with a Sibylline oracle which foretold that only so couldâ foreign enemy (i.e. Hannibal) be driven from Italy. Livy 29.10, Livy 29.14)

Handle means:

Taphas (h8610) taw-fas'; a prim. root; to manipulate, i. e. seize; chiefly to capture, wield; spec. to overlay; fig. to use unwarrantably: - catch, handle, (lay, take) hold (on, over), stop, * surely, surprise, take.

Taphaph (h8608) taw-faf'; a prim. root; to drum, i. e. play (as) on the tambourine: - taber, play with timbrels.

"Jubal, who was born of the same mother with him, exercised himself in music; (7) and invented the psaltery and the harp. But Tubal, one of his children by the other wife, exceeded all men in strength, and was very expert and famous in martial performances. He procured what tended to the pleasures of the body by that method; and first of all invented the art of making brass. Lamech was also the father of a daughter, whose name was Naamah. And because he was so skillful in matters of divine revelation, that he knew he was to be punished for Cain's murder of his brother, he made that known to his wives.

"Nay, even while Adam was alive, it came to pass that the posterity of Cain became exceeding wicked, every one successively dying, one after another, more wicked than the former. They were intolerable in war, and vehement in robberies; and if any one were slow to murder people, yet was he bold in his profligate behavior, in acting unjustly, and doing injuries for gain. "Slightly less familiar are the Devil's musical exploits. He not only loves singing but is master of the violin, of which instrument of evil he is reputedly the inventor. By the same token he can give mastery of the violin,

bartering infernal skill for the pupil's soul.

These legends are related to the larger belief in the supernatural origin of musical skill and individual songs." (Botkin, B. A., A Treasury of American Folklore, Crown Publishers, p. 718; Cf. The Devil and the Fiddle, Herbert Halpert, Hoosier Folklore Bulletin, Vol II (Dec., 1943).

"In pagan traditions, musical instruments are invented by gods or demi-gods, such as titans (Seitans).

In the Book Adam and Eve Satan taught Genun (composite of Jubal, Jabal, Tubal-Cain and Naaman) how to teach the playing of musical instruments. In the bible we are told that it "was without warrant."

Ravishing music; strong drink loosed among the sons of Cain. They don colorful clothing.

The children of Seth look on with longing eyes. They revolt from wise counsel; they descend the mountain into the valley of iniquity. They can not ascend the mountain again.

Chapter Two 1 AFTER Cain had gone down to the land of dark soil, and his children had multiplied therein, there was one of them,

whose name was Genun, son of Lamech the blind who slew Cain.

2 But as to this Genun, Satan came into him in his childhood;

and he made sundry trumpets and horns, and string instruments, cymbals and psalteries, and lyres and harps, and flutes; and he played on them at all times and at every hour.

3 And when he played on them,

Satan came into them, so that from among them were heard beautiful and sweet sounds, that ravished the heart.

10 Then sin increased among them greatly; until a man married his own sister, or daughter, or mother, and others; or the daughter of his father's sister,

so that there was no more distinction of relationship,
and they no longer knew what is iniquity; but did wickedly, and the earth was defiled with sin; and they
angered God the Judge, who had created them.

11 But Genun gathered together companies upon companies,

that played on horns and on all the other instruments we have already mentioned,
at the
foot of the Holy Mountain;

and they did so in order that the children of Seth who were on the Holy Mountain should hear it. [In part, this was repeated at the foot of Mount Sinai when Israel fell into the musical idolatry of the golden calf]

[8] typanum: Gr. poet. form tupanon metri gratia (cf. v. 21, etc. tympanum, Gr. tumpanon); from representations in vase- and wall-paintings, an instrument like the modern tambourine, but with the rattling disks of metal suspended at intervals from its edge by short cords.

[9] tubam Cybelles: as the blare of the tuba is the summons and incitement to warriors, so is the beat of the tympanum to the votaries of Cybele; the phrase is further explained by tua initia. The famous norm of Bentley (on Lucan 1.600) that when the penult is short, the form Cybele should be written, but when it is long the form Cybebe, Cybelle being discarded altogether, is not well supported by either Greek or Latin usage. Cybelle (Gr. *ku/bella) is found in many good MSS.

[9] mater: Cybele was the Magna Mater Idaea of the Romans, as well as mater deorum; cf. intr. note; Hymn. Cyb.mētera moi pantōn te theōn, pantōn t' anthrōpōn” .

In the Greek versions, Hermes or Hermes held the office ascribed to God as the Dabar or Word in Hebrew and the Logos in Greek. Jesus is the go between or the mediator between man and God. However, the modern HOLY ENTERTAINMENT scheme fulfills prophecy by claiming that John got the idea of the Logos from the Greek world. Therefore, they turn Christ into the "Father of music, liars and of thieves."

Hermes is the TYPE of Genun who introduces music, wine and "cattle stealing" to the Greek world.

A latter day attack upon the church as "synagogue" or SCHOOL OF THE BIBLE AND OF CHRIST promotes what they call Holy Entertainment. Rather than teach the Bible these groups adopt Jewish and ancient Greek religion much like that of Apollo and his "oracle of Delphi." Apollo is the book of Revelation Abbadon or Apollyon or the destroyer. Homer defines this system based on the COSMOS or adorning world.

A very common tradition promoted by Gnosticism is that Sophia and her daughter, Zoe, were the "Eve" who gained power because Satan taught them from the "Tree of Knowledge." Eve as "mother of the gods" in turn taught the "Adam" and all subservient men how to organize instrumental groups. Consistent with the worship of the SUN as a replacement for the SON of God and "baptizing" secular superstition the ZOE movement intends to teach facilitators how to take over the church as synagogue and make it into theaters.

Now when these (events) had come to pass, he made himself a huge four-faced chariot of cherubim,

and infinitely many angels to act as ministers,
and also
harps and lyres.
And
Sophia took her daughter Zoe

and had her sit upon his right to teach him about the things that exist in the eighth (heaven); and the angel of wrath she placed upon his left. Since that day, his right has been called 'life' (ZOE); and the left has come to represent the unrighteousness of the realm of absolute power above. It was before your time that they came into being.

The Bacchae By Euripides shows the only understanding in history: instruments were given by the "gods."

Euripides noted that:

"Anon shall the whole land be dancing, when Bromius leads his revellers to the hills, to the hills away! where wait him groups of maidens from loom and shuttle roused in frantic haste by Dionysus. O hidden cave of the Curetes! O hallowed haunts in Crete, that saw Zeus born,

where Corybantes with crested helms devised for me in their grotto the rounded timbrel of ox-hide (lifeless instrument), mingling Bacchic minstrelsy with the shrill sweet accents of the Phrygian flute, a gift bestowed by them on mother Rhea, to add its crash of music to the Bacchantes' shouts of joy;

but frantic satyrs won it from the mother-goddess for their own, and added it to their dances in festivals, which gladden the heart of Dionysus, each third recurrent year. Oh! happy that votary, when from the hurrying revel-rout he sinks to earth, in his holy robe of fawnskin, chasing the goat to drink its blood, a banquet sweet of flesh uncooked, as he hastes to Phrygia's or to Libya's hills; while in the van the Bromian god exults with cries of Evoe (Eve). With milk and wine and streams of luscious honey flows the earth, and Syrian incense smokes.

While the Bacchante holding in his hand a blazing torch of pine uplifted on his wand waves it, as he speeds along, rousing wandering votaries, and as he waves it cries aloud with wanton tresses tossing in the breeze; and thus to crown the revelry, he raises loud his voice, "On, on, ye Bacchanals, pride of Tmolus (a gold-producing mountain in Lydia, near Sardis:)

with its rills of gold to the sound of the booming drum,
chanting in joyous strains the praises of your joyous god with Phrygian accents lifted high, what time the holy lute with sweet complaining note invites you to your hallowed sport, according well with feet that hurry wildly to the hills; like a colt that gambols at its mother's side in the pasture, with gladsome heart each Bacchante bounds along."

They "do get drunk with wine and music."

Arnobius, Against the Heathen, Book VII

And then, truly, after this, the former indeed hath straightway lost the grateful return; but the other hath God for his Debtor; and is nourished with good hopes, being every day feasted from off that table. For the meats indeed are spent, but the grateful thought is never spent, but every day he rejoices and exults more than they that are gorged with their excess of wine. For nothing doth so nourish the soul as a virtuous hope, and the expectation of good things.

But now let us consider what follows.

--
-- There indeed are flutes, and harps, and pipes

but what? hymns, singing of psalms

There indeed the Demons are hymned

but here, the Lord of all, God

--

--

Seest thou with what gratitude this one aboundeth, with what ingratitude and insensibility that?

For, tell me,
........when God hath nourished thee with His good things,
........
and when thou oughtest to give Him thanks after being fed,
........ ........ dost thou even introduce the Demons?
........ ........ For these songs to the lyre, are none other than songs to Demons.
........ When thou oughtest to say, "Blessed art Thou, O Lord,
........
that Thou hast nourished me with Thy good things,"
........ ........
dost thou like a worthless dog not even so much as remember Him,
........ ........ but, over and above, introducest the Demons?

Nay rather, dogs, whether they receive anything or not,
fawn upon those they know, but thou dost not even this.

The dog, although he receives nothing, fawns upon his master;
but thou, even when thou hast received,
barkest at Him.

The "dog is a term for a Catamite or male prostitute."

Revelation and the End-Time Commercial Religion:

And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all. Revelation 18:14

And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee; Revelation 18:22

And the light of a candle (the Word) shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. Revelation 18:23

The Message of Enoch as Jude's "proof-text"

Jude 14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him

Enoch 2:1 Behold, he comes with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon them, and destroy the wicked, and reprove all the carnal for everything which the sinful and ungodly have done, and committed against him.

[215]  I happened to be at a distance from this land, when I heard of strange evils throughout this city, that the women have left our homes in contrived Bacchic rites, and rush about in the shadowy mountains, honoring with dances [220]  this new deity Dionysus, whoever he is. I hear that mixing-bowls stand full in the midst of their assemblies, and that they each creep off different ways into secrecy to serve the beds of men, on the pretext that they are Maenads worshipping; [225]  but they consider Aphrodite before Bacchus.

In heroic times, too, fine warriors gained fame, and they are celebrated with lyres and flutes in full-voiced harmonies for time beyond reckoning. The Horae were among the mathematici 'learned mothers' who defined the Zodiac and the star movements marking the seasons, one translation of the word 'hora.' Another is 'hour,' and the Horae developed various means to mark time. Hence the word for time keeping, 'horology' and the French word for clock 'horlogue.'

The patriarchs became the most incensed over the sacred women of Agape. Among their symbols were the lotus, lily, and dove,

all representations of the vulva.
Among their mysteries
was ritual cunnilingus, which demands respect for female pleasure and the female body.

This aspect of the sacred feminine was among the first to be erased. The effort began early. Originally, the land of the 'Lotus Eaters' was in the Amazon territories of North Africa, then was moved further away still, to beyond the Southern Sea. Source

The primary error was the rejection of the Word of God and the refusal to obey it. In every tradition known to mankind, the devil has taught certain disobedient "wandering stars" how to seduce people into worshiping him and thereby rejecting God.

The primary "carnal weapon" was what Paul identifyed as "lifeless instruments" which nevertheless are believed, in their swept-clean emptiness, contain the gods or demons who can teach you without the Word of God and answer your prayers.

[862] Will this white foot e'er join the night-long dance? what time in Bacchic ecstasy I toss my neck to heaven's dewy breath, like a fawn, that gambols 'mid the meadow's green delights, when she hath escaped the fearful chase,

clear of the watchers, o'er the woven nets; while the huntsman, with loud halloo, harks on his hounds' full cry, and she with laboured breath at lightning speed bounds o'er the level water-meadows, glad to be far from man amid the foliage of the bosky grove.

What is true wisdom, or what fairer boon has heaven placed in mortals' reach,

than to gain the mastery o'er a fallen foe? What is fair is dear for aye.
Though slow be its advance, yet
surely moves the power of the gods, correcting those mortal wights, that court a senseless pride, or,

in the madness of their fancy, disregard the gods. Subtly they lie in wait, through the long march of time, and so hunt down the godless man.

For it is never right in theory or in practice to o'erride the law of custom. This is a maxim cheaply bought: whatever comes of god, or in time's long annals, has grown into a law upon a natural basis, this is sovereign.

What is true wisdom, or what fairer boon has heaven placed in mortals' reach,
than to gain the mastery o'er a fallen foe?

2Pet. 3:5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old,
and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

2Pet. 3:6 Whereby the world that then was,
        being overflowed with water, perished:
2Pet. 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now,
by the same word are kept in store,
reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

Jude 19 These be they who separate (g592 repudiate and form a sect or party) themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Mocking Jesus

Our Role:

Jesus warned that true worship does not happen in "your place" or "my place." Rather, worship is "in spirit and in truth." That means worship in our own spirit made Holy by God so that we can honor His Spirit. The only resource is the Words of God:
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the (your) Holy Ghost, Jude 20
Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. Jude 21

And of some have compassion, making a difference: Jude 22

And others save with fear, pulling them
out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Jude 23

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, Jude 24

To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. Jude 25

We will post more of this later.
