David Young co-authored the Renew.org distortion on Baptism. He must agree with the Christian Church HEADS seeking whose church property they might devour.
I am trying to untangle the personal opinions by just listing their Scripture Passages. I will have that ready in short order. Each of three writers commented on various topics but David Young is responsible for all of it. Their Calvinism obligates them to use the Bible but they REWRITE to fit their repudiation of the Word:

Renew.org gives several examples where Jesus SAVES without baptism. When SPIRIT falls on men like Cornelius the ONLY result is speaking WORDS. God always puts His WORD into the MOUTH of a Moses, The Prophets and Lastly Jesus of Nazareth. SPIRIT is figurative or a PARABLE (to fool the wise: speakers, singers, instrument players] to explain to the Lost Sheep.
Jesus was sent to SEEK and save Lost Spirits: They are IN the World but they are not OF the World. As Jesus is from ABOVE but his clergy enemies were from BENEATH or Tartarus. By direct command in Numbers 10 the godly Jews were not to COME or be Assembled in The Church of Christ (the Rock) to the sounds of vocal or instrumental rejoicing.

Dave Miller and others claim that Jesus' always called the SON OF MAN is some devious way of claiming to being DIVINITY meaning that GOD CAME IN THE FLESH. Jesus called that Blasphemy and John identified it as the mark of Antichrist.

The Greek kai in Mark 16:16 is cumulative. Faith that Jesus is the Christ the.SON of God and NOT god does not SAVE you: it gives one the Authority or the POWER to be baptized and wash away thy sins CALLING on the Name of the Lord.
The Assembly of Christ is defined inclusively and exclusively in the PROPHETS. God put His WORDS into the MOUTH of the Prophets. Faith, Pistis meaning to COMPLY is what enables or forbids Baptism.
Baptism is FOR or in ordder to FORGIVENESS for those with faith.

The Wedding Ceremony logically includes COURTING people in person since they SAY that Jesus was God in the FLESH.

God is WORD in the same sense that He is LIGHT PERSONIFIED. God the Father put His Word into the Mouth of Jesus without measure or METER. Spirit is never a person bu is a figure or parable to HIDE from those OF the World.

It is NOT a Holy Spirit god but the FATHER who draws. However, the Father uses MEANS vested with His power.
