I hear it everywhere: the stress and tension of church ministry, vanishing values, families falling apart, time honored assumptions falling by the wayside, conflict between traditional and progressive thought, the pace of life. No one can escape the challenges facing us as we prepare for the next century.
Church leaders, elders and ministers, are being pounded on all sides. Elders face weekly meetings and "special" church events, counseling, trouble shooting, refereeing disagreements between church members, teaching, the inevitable surprises that come up.
Ministers face overwhelming expectations while being hampered by unworkable systems. Some dash into the fray with lots of heart and too few skills -- and get demolished. Too many good ministers burn out or give up. Some become adversarial, get fired, and wind up with broken spirits and broken churches. Others plod on, but with little hope.
In spite of all the real world conditions, there is reason to hope. Right now, armies of fresh leadership recruits, sensing both the urgency of God's mission and the rapidly changing terrain of the playing field, are rising up in hot pursuit of the heart and the skills to lead their churches into the 21st Century in the way Jesus would want them led.
I could not be more hopeful about the future. God is using me daily as an encourager as a mentor and coach for equipping leaders in His Kingdom. It is my full-time passion. And, I'm bringing a network of worldclass cohorts along with me.

God in Jesus Christ died to EMPOWER US. That power consisted in REST from the burden laded by the CLERGY planning schemes and scams to manage your time and money. The burden is defined as "spiritual anxiety created by religious ritual." That anxiety is LIFTING UP in excitement, created by charismatic speaking and music and the goal is the end product called HERESY. Heresy means to MAKE a choice to lift up others FOR THEIR OWN USES.
Rest is the Greek PAUO and is a word almost devoted to stopping the speaking, stop the singing, stop the music: just stop. See how music is used by heretics who make YOUR choices for you--and for a price.
No clergy person has any right to attempt to regiment your lives to make you MORE PRODUCTIVE. Because the LAW OF GIVING is a legalistic lie, no one has any authority from God to take one widow's mite from you to regulate your lives as a cult.
Litigation has become a touchy issue as people follow the program to INFILTRATE and DIVERT and "steal the church houses of widows." The plan is to turn increasingly COMMERCIAL or TRAFFICKING groups away from the Word and HIS DOCTRINE. This demands that the church become a CORPORATION so that the members cannot sue when the BOARD OF DIRECTORS steals their property. I am aware of a church which lied about the bylaws: if we prohibit instrumental music "somebody" will GIT us for being sectarian. They used a lawyer, lobbying and lying about the Bible and all of church history to dominate and drive the old people out into the cold or "lose their support group."
Somehow the old shepherds who had to "be more apt to teach the Bible than apt to chase a coon" will be SHIFTED into praying an shepherding the 'ministers' who are best qualified by training and charisma to be THE leaders. THE LEADER will make the decisions, fire the deacon, USE women as leaders and hire his bonded buddies to ride on the backs of widows and honest working people who OWE these locusts absolutely NOTHING. The diakonos defines the same TEACHING duty as the elders: if they can FIRE the male deacons they can and will fire or HAND PICK the elders to be their "board of directors" to shepherd the CHIEF shepherds.
You will be under dominion theology and YOU will be an outsider until you agree to be the watchtower slave. Rubel Shelly and John York make it clear that in the community meaning commune individuals have no right to read the Bible, interpret it or speak it outsode of the "community." As part of the commune you will not get to speak it either as these people claim to be PARTNERING with God to "work out a new set of Scriptures just like those in the first century."

Transitioning includes:
Removing the Deacons and replacing with "on demand" deacons and deaconesses to fill a need.
Removing the ELDERS to an advisory board to do the MINISTERING for which the "ministers become masters" are paid.
Appointing "assimilated" new Shepherding Elders.
The STAFF take over and make decisions about hiring NEW STAFF to "guarantee continuity" with the USURPING "Senior Pastor."
The elders will not be consulted when you open the gates to let the wolves in.
Women will take over leadership roles.
Musical worship teams and then instruments will take over to feed the corrupt and corrupting Professional musicians in fulfillment of the end time harlot church.
Baptism will be repudiated.
You will be given a SHEPHERD to collect data for future CONTROL just like the Crossroads cult.
You will be WED about your life OUTSIDE of the assembly and you will be disciplined about your business and sexual lives. In short, you will be "regenerated through external means" in fulfillment of the Tower of Babylon model.
You will be driven to TITHING and they WILL KNOW how much you SHOULD be given.
Rubel Shelly in a big fan of Bob Mumford:
Pat Robertson wrote an Open Letter to Bob Mumford on June 27, 1975, in which he complained about abuses associated with the discipleship-shepherd-submission teaching.
He mentioned indivIduals who submit to shepherds instead of becoming responsible church members. He mentioned those who have little to say about Jesus
but much about their relationship and submission to their shepherd.
He told of a secretary at the Christian Broadcasting Network who had been turned into an emotional cripple by this movement. He said that she scarcely could type a letter without a long distance call to her shepherd. Robertson went on to tell about wealthy Christians being forced by their shepherds to reveal confidential details of their financial and family life.
He told of one individual who was warned that he would miss out on the Kingdom of God and be ruined spiritually, physically, and financially if he did not submit to the shepherd's authority.
This is another term from NAVIGATING THE WINDS OF CHANGE to, in the words of Rubel Shelly "become as much like the world as possible to attract the world. But, then not just turning elders into SHEPHERDS FOR THE MINISTERS (Rubel Shelly's confession) changing the entire order of the church to Lynn Anderson's COMMERCIAL MODEL.
I noticed that Chris Seidman is part of this NATIONAL SHEPHERDING NETWORK. He is the preacher of Farmer's branch.
His is the TYPICAL new Catholic system. Chris makes a suggestion and submits a WHITE PATER defending instrumental music. The "worship minister" sent me sent me a copy for review thinking that I could be changed by deliberate lying about EVERY musical term in the Bible.
In addition, they have restored Sabbath worship with instrumental music.

Lynn Anderson: Accountability questions need to be positive focused, direct, and geared toward motivating people to grow.
This type of accountability can be hard but it is where people really grow. Especially us ministers have a hard time admitting our faults for fear of discovery and losing our jobs and/or reputations. The end result is that many of us live double lives with secret sin being our second god that we worship when no one else is looking.
On the contrary, in the CHRISTIAN SYSTEM the word is MINISTER which undergirds people. Accountability presumes that someone as a superior status by which they call others into account. This is what the shepherding, mentoring or discipling schemes and scams claim as their right over inferiors. Accountability has this meaning.

Accountability groups only work when there is trust and openness. This may take a while to develop.
Give it time and start slow until you feel that your relationship can progress into these more intimate areas.

STRATEGY is a warfare word just as in MAKING MELODY.
Christ the Spirit had the SPIRIT WITHOUT MEASURE because He SPOKE only what the "father" or Thought (within Him) said. Only by teaching THAT WHICH HAS BEEN TAUGHT can a person be a CHRISTIAN shepherd. If he does not speak what Jesus spoke then Jesus defines him as a SON OF SATAN who is a LIAR. What is a LIAR? A liar is anyone who SPEAKS ON HIS OWN.
The church of Christ among the Restorers as well as it was with John Calvin was A School of the Bible and of Christ. It was also a time and place of prayer which was often identical to HYMNING the inspired text. The process was defined to Timoth who was to give attendance (a worship word) to the public reading of the Word and discussing it and making the DOCTRINE contained very clear. ANYTHING beyond that is of the Devil because it is the "commandment of men" like the Pharisees who intended to TRAFFICK in the free Water of the Word (Isaiah 55)
Of Course, Max Lucado returned from Brazil where some returned having been more converted to SPIRITISM than having converted the Spiritists. Max Lucado pretty much rejects everything but his FICTIONAL rewrite of about everything. Lynn refused to confess that he works with Max Lucado, Rubel Shelly and others who absolutely reject the Bible as authority for faith and practice.
MAX LUCADO rejects the power of Believing, Repenting, Confessing and Baptism. Under the ploy of JUST JESUS he repudiates the VERY COMMANDS of Jesus:
Max Lucado: The Thief on the Cross: Max Lucado teaches that the thief on the cross was saved just by praying. He believes that Jesus issued the invitation of the RESURRECTED Christ and that the thief responded. Therefore, this is the exception to the rule that only baptized believers are saved. Max claims that it DRIVES legalists MAD but you have to be MAD to repudiate the clear Biblical and historical meaning. Zwingli was another PROPHET who invented BELIEVER'S BAPTISM of FAITH ONLY because, he said in effect, "all that came before me were thieves and liars." However, because the Baptist system is GNOSTIC and UNIQUELY AMERICAN, their baptism is identical to PAGAN BAPTISM.
Max Lucado: Salvation by Trust? All they needed to do was to trust him to save them. All those who believe this are reborn!
Max Lucado says of Romans 6 that baptism does not save
Is Max Lucado correct? Baptism a Pledge: Max says:
"I believe in baptism. Jesus was baptized. The Bible teaches baptism. I just don't believe that baptism saves you. I believe that Jesus Christ saves us. And baptism is one of those ways we celebrate our salvation. It's really the initial step of the faithful believer."
Max claims that WE pledge to God to be good people. However, the Word is that we REQUEST A clear conscience or A holy spirit by calling upon God
Max Lucado Baptism Washed Away at Jubilee 97: At Jubilee 97 Max Lucado preached a system which denies baptism in order to or for the remission of sins. Even the sleeping dogs woke up momentarily.
Shepherding Max Lucado Oak Hills: Max Lucado, promoter of Promise Keepers now seems to be using some of the same CULTIC SHEPHERDING language:
Therefore, the SHEPHERDING or DISCIPLING dilema people will usually be followed as with Max Lucado's church with a DITTO HEAD "younger" to replace the "elders" at an UNLAWFUL salary. They will then be the ELDERS or BISHOPS while the elders become, in the words of Rubel Shelly, the shepherds of the huge STAFF INFECTION which will bring you into the Promise Keeper's MOTHER church for the city.
Our Review of Lynn Anderson:
Rubel Shelly quoting Lynn Anderson on turning to IMAGES and SYMBOLS: This moves you to an effeminate and WORSE leadership and form of what they laughingly call "worship."
The mind-set of the times threatens to strip our faith of symbols, rituals, dramas, mystery, poetry, and story,

This is what we told you: The right, effeminate, irrational, musical and artistic is not to be restored as a LUCIFERIAN system. The REASON and RATIONAL can never SAY what the sexually explicit SYMBOLS can say. But this repudiates the fact that SPIRITUAL means RATIONAL.
That is why most churches still have a MASCULINE leadership and will never BOW to an effeminate, truly repulsive intrusion into the private lives of the people.
Of course, this in fulfillment of the first and end time Babylon whore religion which attempted to DESTROY the masculine God of Rationalism (spirituality) and reason by substituting a FEMINE or FEMINIST or EFFEMINATE goddess of symbolism.
This is in 100% fulfillment of CIRCE who is worshiped each time we say CHURCH. Jesus established A SCHOOL OF THE BIBLE and not a Babylonian system FULLY IN VIEW in this total repudiation of even the MIND of Christ which was The Holy Spirit.
