No!
it was the spirit of the gods. The word EXCLUDES
Theos or Yehweh whose GENERATION begins in 2:4
Gen. 2:4 These are the generations
of the heavens and of the earth when they were
created,
in the day that the LORD GOD
made the earth and the heavens,
p. 104 What do we mean when we say the Holy Spirit was
the organizer of the material creation?
Remember, the earth was without form and void (Gen.
1:2), so the Holy Spirit divinely
arranged all things made.
THE PROPHETS WHO DEFINED THE
FUTURE MESSIAH AND JESUS DEFINES THE PROPHETS AS
"HOLY SCRIPTURE" FOR HIS CREATION--THE CHURCH.
God called into
existence through Christ, the Word, the
material, and the Holy Spirit guided the arrangement
of the elements into a complete system that
we now call the universe, which means
all created things as constituting one system.
There was no universe until
after the Holy Spirit had functioned.
The heavens which declare the glory of God (Psm 19:10)
and which were
spoken into existence by Christ (Heb. 1:2),
were formulated
by the Holy Spirit. Consider he following passages

whom he hath appointed heir of all things,
by whom
also he made the worlds;

even they shall perish from the earth, and from

Jer. 16:11 Then shalt thou say unto them, Because
your fathers have forsaken me, saith the LORD, and
have walked after other gods, and have served
them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken
me, and have not kept my law;

And the SPIRIT OF GOD

created the heavens;
God
himself that formed the earth and made it;
he hath
established it, he created it NOT IN VAIN.
he FORMED
it to be inhabited:
I am the LORD; and THERE IS NONE

Is. 42:5
Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the
heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread
forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he
that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and
spirit to them that walk therein:
