In religious terms, divinity or godhead is the state of things that come from A supernatural power or deity, such as A god, supreme being, creator deity, or spirits, and are therefore regarded as sacred and holy such things are regarded as "divine" due to their transcendental origins or because their attributes or qualities are superior or supreme relative to things of the Earth.  Divine things are regarded as eternal and based in truth, while material things are regarded as ephemeral and based in illusion.

Divinity (from Latin divinitas) refers to the quality, presence, or nature of that which is divine—a term that, before the rise of monotheism, evoked a broad and dynamic field of sacred power. In the ancient world, divinity was not limited to a single deity or abstract ideal but was recognized in multiple forms: as a radiant attribute possessed by gods, as a vital force cushioning nature, and even as a quality glimpsed in extraordinary humans, laws, or acts. The Latin divinitas and its Greek counterparts (theiotēs, theion) conveyed something both immanent and awe-inspiring: a presence that could be felt in thunder, justice, ecstasy, fate, or beauty.

Early Christianity inherited this language but dramatically reshaped it. With the rise of theological monotheism, divinity came increasingly to denote the singular and absolute nature of God.  
      The Christianization of the term narrowed its field: what had once described a quality diffused across nature, fate, and multiple gods was now claimed exclusively for the creator God
        and, LATER, extended to Christ and the Holy Spirit through doctrines of the Trinity.
        Over time, this led to a sharper boundary between the divine and the human, the sacred and the profane.

THERE IS NOT ONE GROUP IN ALL OF SCRIPTURE SAID TO "WORSHIP" THE LORD GOD BY PREACHING, LISTENING, SINGING, PLAYING OR PERFORMING ON A PODIUM.

SINGING IS THE ANTITHESIS OF SPEAKING AND IS OUTLAWED. God picked the LOGOS word because the god HERMES was the mediator and not a nice person.  Civil Greeks would understand that when they assembled to hear instructions from a higher authority, they had to EXCLUDE anyone who tried to PREVENT you from hearing.

IF YOU ARE PERMITTED TO HEAR THE WORD YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THE "SINGING" PASSAGES WAS TO SILENCE. PROOF WAS THAT OF ALL OF THE GATHERINGS OF THE CHURCH THERE IS NO EXAMPLE OF ANY ONE SINGING.  HISTORY PROVES IT

Thomas Munzer, the radical German reformer, was already producing German services and hymns. Fifthly, Christ in the Old and especially in the New Testament bids his messengers simply proclaim the word. Paul, too, says that the WORDS of Christ profits us, NOT THE SONG. Whoever SINGS poorly gets vexation by it; whoever can SING WELL  gets CONCEIT Sixthly, we must not follow our notions;  we must add nothing to the word and take nothing from it.

Congregational singing was largely the invention of the Protestant Reformation. Before then, singing in churches, especially in larger urban churches, was largely left to professionals.^[2] The reformers in Strasbourg, in particular, reduced the church service largely to a sermon bookended by congregational singing and prayers.^[2]

Müntzer, Thomas (date 1488-1525)

In 1520 MUNZER was a priest in Zwickau (Saxony), where he met Nicolaus Storch, the inspirationist and "'prophet" who proclaimed that the Bible is secondary to the direct revelation of God to His chosen servants. Müntzer felt akin to this viewpoint and began to develop his own doctrine of the "spirit."

Secondly, since SINGING in Latin grew up [1] without divine instruction and [2] apostolic example and custom, [3] without producing good or edifying, it will still [93] less edify in German and will create a faith consisting in MERE OUTWARD SEEMING

Thirdly, Paul even CLEARLY FORBIDS SINGING in Eph. 5, and Col. 3, since he says and teaches  that they are to  and TEACH one another WITH psalms and spiritual songs,  AND if anyone would SING, he should SING and give thanks IN his heart.   

Fourthly, whatever we are not taught by clear passages or examples must be regarded as forbidden,
just as if it were written: "This do not; SING not."

Fifthly, Christ in the Old and especially in the New Testament bids his messengers simply proclaim the word.
Paul, too, says that the WORDS of Christ profits us, NOT THE SONG.

Whoever SINGS poorly gets vexation by it; whoever can SING WELL  gets CONCEIT

Sixthly, we must not follow our notions;  we must add nothing to the word and take nothing from it.
