A Church of Christ has only three groups::
Phil. 1:1 Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ,

"Hathor and Aphis, the cow and bull gods of Egypt, were representatives of sun worship. Their worship was just one stage in the long Egyptian history of solar veneration. The golden calf at Mount Sinai is more than sufficient evidence to prove that the feast proclaimed was related to sun worship.

The event at Mount Sinai was just one episode in the Satanic apostasy which began at the tower of Babel. The celebration of December 25th, originally proclaimed in honor of the birth of the sun god Mithra, can only be one of the final events in the long continuing saga of Satanic sun worship." Bobby says: The word “deacon” (diakonos in Greek) is a broad word which means “servant” or “minister” or “administrator.” Deacons typically are appointed by the church to be in charge of programs and ministries.
John York: And I'm not sure we always give enough attention to these women because the story otherwise seems to be dominated by the men. The world of Scripture was a patrilineal and patriarchal culture and society. Thus when the women are named and presented in key leadership roles, we need to give special attention to what God is up to in those situation
HOWEVER, BOTH MALE AND FEMALE ARE SILENT FOR ONE SHORT READING ASSEMBLY.

Based THE Pattern of Holy Scripture, you cannot be a Christian and think that Scripture is against women.  However, the pattern just asks everyone to teach-over with authority which is authentia which is SEXUAL and MURDEROUS.

BOBBY HARRINGTON FALSE TEACHING ON FEMALE DEACONS

BOBBY: The Greek term diakanos is used in Greek literature to describe both men and women.

In 1 Timothy 3:11, in the midst of describing the kind of people to be appointed as deacons, Paul describes the qualities needed by “women”: “In the same way, the women are to be worthy of respect, not malicious talkers but temperate and trustworthy in everything” (1 Timothy 3:11, NIV).

Luke 10:40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, [diakonia]
        and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve [diakoneo] alone?
        bid her therefore that she help me.

Martha was not a Minister or Teacher when the church assembled.

THE CONTEXT PROVES THAT THE QUALIFICATION FOR THE OFFICE OF DEACON DOES NOT APPLY TO "THEIR WIVES."

FALSE: In the same way, the women are to be worthy. BOBBY etal say that God was stupid.
If a deacon has a wife, he might be a MAN. MAN is the opposite of WOMAN

God, Jesus and Paul insist that even giving money EVEN for strarving people is NOT  A COAND

1Tim. 3:11 EVEN SO must their WIVES be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

gu^nē , can mean "woman, OPPOSITE man" but "their wives" is specific.

Because gune is the wife of a deacon, it is not generic

1Tim. 3:12 Let the deacons be the HUSBANDS of one WIFE, [Not just a woman]
        ruling their children and their own houses well.

Well, finally a woman can be the husband of one wife!

HUSBANDS.   g435. ἀνήρ aner, an´-ayr; a primary word (compare 444); a man (properly as an individual male): — fellow, husband, MAN, sir.

WIFE:
g1135. γυνή gune, goo-nay´; probably from the base of 1096; a woman; specially, a wife: — wife, woman.

DAVID YOUNG DISMISSES THE DEACONS AS "SOMEONE WHO CAN FIX MY SCOOTER!"

1Tim. 3:13 For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good DEGREE,
        and great boldness in THE FAITH which is in Christ Jesus.

DEGREE: g898. βαθμός bathmos, bath-mos´; from the same as 899; a step, i.e. (figuratively) grade (of dignity): — degree.
    g899. βάθος bathos, bath´-os; from the same as 901; profundity, i.e. (by implication) extent; (figuratively) mystery: — deep(-ness, things), depth.

The deacon must: 1Tim. 3:9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. His experience as THE MINISTER deepens his knowledge of Scripture.
g4102. πίστις pistis, pis´-tis; from 3982; persuasion, i.e. credence; moral conviction (of religious truth, or the truthfulness of God or a religious teacher), especially reliance upon Christ for salvation; abstractly, constancy in such profession; by extension, the system of religious (Gospel) truth itself: — assurance, belief, believe, faith, fidelity.
I am sorry, but a PREACHER, like Apostle, must have been an eye witness of Jesus and gifted while Scripture was being made perfect. Jesus included EVANGELIST.   Te Absolute PATTERN in all of the EXAMPLES, The eye witness of the TESTAMENT probated and recorded that LAST WILL and you must understand that WILL before you SPEAK where singing is in the spirit or mind.

Rom. 15:6 That ye may with one mind and ONE MOUTH glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Rom. 15:7 Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

"It is that in unison and unity they might glorify God the Father... in the background lurks the thought of the prejudice incurred for the final end to be promoted by the church when the fellowship of the saints is marred by suspicions and dissensions and in this case

particularly by the arrogance of the strong and the stumbling of the weak. No consideration could enforce the exhortation more strongly than to be reminded of the glory of God as the controlling purpose of all our attitudes and actions." (Murray, John, Romans, p. 201, Eerdmans).

In Ancient Greek Theatre, there is an interesting similarity among the plays written during that time: there is always a chorus included. Nowadays most people would associate a chorus with musicals, but playwrights like Aeschylus, Euripides, and Sophocles included a chorus in their regular plays. The chorus consisted of a group of 12 to 50 players who spoke or sang their lines in unison, wore masks, and functioned as one actor rather than a large group of many performers.

g1577. ἐκκλησία ekklesia, ek-klay-see´-ah; from a compound of 1537 and a derivative of 2564; a calling out, i.e. (concretely) a popular meeting, especially a religious congregation (Jewish synagogue, or Christian community of members on earth or saints in heaven or both): — assembly, church.

Heb. 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

God used the word ekklesia and Paul used a form of Synagogue: both met once each week to read and accept laws from a higher authority.

Col. 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness,
        and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Heb. 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, [Church of Christ]
        which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all,
        and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

The civil Ekklesia, of which Phoebe was a minister or official, met about 49 times each year. They read and discussed laws handed down by a higher  authority and put those laws into effect.  The religious synagogue and ekklessia, proven by many Scriptures,met once each week. They were dismissed and not harassed until they were called into assembly.  The Church OF Christ has three roles: saints, bishop and official servents or deacons.  The Bishop or Elder was the only OVERSEER or prominent person during the assembly.  The elder was a GRATUITOUS Teacher defined as a SCHOOL OF THE WORD.

The deacons are the MINISTERS defined specifically as skilled in the Word.

FEMALE USURPERS ARE THE MINISTER OVER MUCH OF THE TIME, PREACHING FALSE DOCTRINE.

Paul used form of Synagogue word as "assembly or come together."

Luke 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: Educated]
        and, as his custom [PATTERN] was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day,

Acts 20:7 And upon the first day of the week,
        when the DISCIPLES came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them,
        ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his SPEECH until midnight.
g256. διαλέγομαι dialegomai, dee-al-eg´-om-ahee; middle voice from 1223 and 3004; to say thoroughly, i.e. discuss (in argument or exhortation): — dispute, preach (unto), reason (with), speak.

SPEECH g3056. λόγος logos, log´-os; from 3004; something said (including the thought); by implication, a topic (subject of discourse), also reasoning (the mental faculty) (with the article in John) the Divine Expression (i.e. Christ):  account, cause, communication, x concerning, doctrine,

The Word or Logos is God as His word, made visible and audible by Jesus is the REGULATIVE PRINCIPLE is the OPPOSITE of Rhetoric, Music or any Scenic display.

Notice that when Paul addresses a congregation there are only THREE categories: saints (having A holy spirit), Bishops and Deacons.

Phil. 1:1  Paul and Timotheus, the servants of Jesus Christ, to all the SAINTS in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the BISHOPS and DEACONS:

Deacons and elders are the ONLY teachers authorized by Scripture.

SERVANTS: g1401. δοῦλος doulos, doo´-los; from 1210; a slave (literal or figurative, involuntary or voluntary; frequently, therefore in a qualified sense of subjection or subserviency): — bond(-man), servant.

Elders as OVERSEERS proves with all recorded PATTERNS for the synagogue or ekklesia is a once each week READING and UNDERSTANDING.

Rom. 15:2 Let every one of us please (outlaws rhetoric, music or scenic acts)

Rom. 15:3 For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written,

"We render our hymn with a living psalterion and a living cithara with spiritual songs. The unison voices of Christians would be more acceptable to God than any musical instrument.  Accordingly in all the churches of God, united in soul and attitude, with one mind and in agreement of faith and piety we send up a unison melody in the words of the Psalms." Notre-Dame school,  during the late 12th and early 13th centuries, an important group of composers and singers working under the patronage of the great Cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris. The Notre-Dame school is important to the history of music because it produced the earliest repertory of polyphonic (multipart) music to gain international prestige and circulation.

FEMALE SINGERS OR MINISTRY LEADER ARE THE VISIBLE-AUDIBLE MINISTERS

g1247. διακονέω diakoneo, dee-ak-on-eh´-o; from 1249; to be an attendant, i.e. wait upon (menially or as a host, friend, or (figuratively) teacher); technically, to act as a Christian deacon: — (ad-)minister (unto), serve, use the office of a deacon.
        g1249. διάκονος diakonos, dee-ak´-on-os; probably from an obsolete διάκω diako (to run on errands; compare 1377); an attendant, i.e. (genitive case) a waiter (at table or in other menial duties); specially, a Christian teacher and pastor (technically, a deacon or deaconess): — deacon, minister, servant.

Anyone can be a servant of the church, but Paul is speaking.The word "deaconess" is not a Greek word.

Tim. 3:1 This is a true saying, If a MAN desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.

MAN.    anēr  IV.  man emphatically, man indeed, Gk. andr- from ṇr-):—man, OPPOSITE. woman
g435. ἀνήρ aner, an´-ayr; a primary word (compare 444); a man (properly as an individual male): — fellow, husband, man, sir.

BISHOP: g1985. ἐπίσκοπος episkopos, ep-is´-kop-os; from 1909 and 4649 (in the sense of 1983); a superintendent, i.e. Christian officer in genitive case charge of a (or the) church (literally or figuratively): — bishop, overseer. [Literally, he is the Visible-Audible-Masculine presence as He and Deacons (ministers] Hold School of the word by reading-only.

1Tim. 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one WIFE [not just a women],
        vigilant, sober,
        of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

1Tim. 3:3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
1Tim. 3:4 One that ruleth well HIS own house, having HIS children in subjection with all gravity;
1Tim. 3:5 (For if a man know not how to rule HIS own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
1Tim. 3:6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride HE fall into the condemnation of the devil.
1Tim. 3:7 Moreover HE must have a good report of them which are without;
        lest HE fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
1Tim. 3:8 Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
1Tim. 3:9 Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

That is because the DEACON as an office of the church IS the MINISTERSS along with the Elders..

1Tim. 3:10 And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.
